fantastic zambezi getaway

helpful staff extensive buffet clean room

the staff was helpful from arrival to departure. i found the breakfast buffet to be extensive with many choices. my room was very very comfy and tidy, with a relaxing space after a day of activities.

the evening music from the bar was slightly loud, i had trouble leaving the balcony door open at night.

the hotel sits right next to the river. its location allows for convenient access to the zambezi and nearby attractions. a short drive gives you access to the falls, a game park, and the main town.

the premium room included a comfortable bed and fresh linen. the room provided a zambezi river view from the terrace. the modern decor was very pleasing with well-kept amenities.

functional gym relaxing spa river location high price unengaging staff poor attitude

The gym has treadmills and stationary bikes. A spa is available with massages. The resort has a mini golf course. The location near the Zambezi river provided unique views.

Food prices are high, i thought. The serving staff seemed unengaging to me. The staff did not sell the facility and options well.
